課程概述 |
This course will cover fundamental knowledge on Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) technology applied on biological application. Students will choose a Lab-on-Chip device and analyze its performance as the final project. The course will include three main parts:
1. BioMEMS fabrication and materials
2. BioMEMS and Microfluidics design
3. Microfluidics and Lab-on-Chip applications. |
